All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, with the exception of Pre-order items. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fed-ex. International orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority Mail.
Shipping Times
For U.S. Orders: You should expect to receive your order within approximately 2 weeks*. Order processing time is 1-2 business days for all items that are in stock. Transit time is 2-3 business days. All tracking information will be sent via email to the address you provide at checkout once your order is shipped.
For Canadian and International Orders: You should expect to recieve you order within approximately 4 weeks*. Order processing time is 1-2 business days for all items that are in stock. Shipping for International orders is provided by USPS Global Priorty, which has a transit time of 4-10 business days.
All tracking information will be sent via email to the address you provide at checkout once your item is shipped. If you absolutely need your product in a rush, contact us and we will try our best to accomodate you, (additional shipping fees may apply).
*All times are approximate, backorders at our suppliers and credit card approval times may cause a delay in shipping. If there will be a delay we will notify you.
Shipping Rates
For continental U.S. orders: All orders will be charged the following rates: up to $24.99 - $5 $25 to $49.99 - $7 $50 to $99.99 - $9 $100 and over - $11
If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, sorry, you are not eligible for free shipping, you will be charged a flat rate of $35 per order.
For Canadian Orders: Shipping will be charged as follows: to $24.99 - $15 $25 to $49.99 - $18 any orders over $50 - $21
Other International Orders: All orders will be charged a flat rate of $35 per order.
We also FREE shipping on the 1st of every month to the U.S. and Canadian shipping will be charged a discounted rate of $5 per order.
